Getting Started with Arive
Wondering what to expect when enrolling in our Arive® Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? You’ve come to the right place! The process is simple, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Initial Enrollment
To start, we’ll email you an onboarding package that includes:
- information about Arete and key contacts for support whenever you need it,
- an overview of what information we need from you, including a structured template that you’ll use to provide your employees’ information for enrollment and
- next steps to get your employees on board!
Welcoming Your Employees
To ensure your team knows all about the supports available to them and their dependants through their new EAP, we provide:
- an employee onboarding package that details all program offerings,
- a virtual onboarding presentation hosted by Arete (you choose a time that works for you!) and
- an array of digital promotional materials to help keep these supports top of mind for your staff.
Ongoing Support
Once you’ve successfully completed your team’s onboarding, we’ll need you to provide an updated list of eligible employees each month (using the template provided) for continued program administration.
We’re always here to support if needed and will connect with you each quarter to check in on your experience with Arete.
